The Administrator collects information obtained automatically - system logs (so-called event logs), containing in particular public IP addresses of users visiting the Service www.thermatec.pl and using the services provided within the Service. System logs are used by the Administrator for statistical purposes. Aggregate summaries in the form of statistics do not contain any identifying features of visitors to the Service.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 173-174 of the Telecommunications Act of July 16, 2004, the Administrator informs about the use of cookies, which serve to collect information on the use of the website www.thermatec.pl (Website) by users.

The Service uses cookies – text files stored on the user's end device and used for browsing the Service's pages.

The purpose of using cookies by the Service is:

  • creating analyses, reports, and statistics concerning the way users use the Service's pages;
  • tailoring the content of the Service to user preferences and optimizing the use of the Service;
  • displaying advertisements taking into account user preferences;
  • maintaining the user's session in the Service (after logging in), so that the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service.

 

Only anonymous statistical data about users are collected using cookie technologies. The information obtained through cookies is not assigned to a specific person and does not allow their identification.

During the visit to the Service, at least one cookie file is sent to the user's end device to uniquely identify the browser. The information sent by the user's browser is automatically recorded by the Service.

The Administrator may share data associated with cookies with external entities, including entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. technical service providers and consulting service providers.

Cookies stored by them, the information collected and access to this information do not cause configuration changes in the end device or software installed on that device.

The user can change the settings or disable the use of cookies in their browser at any time, but this may cause the Service to malfunction.

If the user does not change the default settings of their internet browser regarding cookies, these files will be placed on the end device and used in accordance with the rules set by the internet browser provider.

At Home Star sp. z o.o., we are aware of the importance of the personal data being processed and attach the utmost importance to ensuring their appropriate level of security. Personal data is one of the key informational resources of the company and as such, we provide appropriate protection. The processing your personal data is carried out in compliance with the principles of data processing:

  • lawfulness, fairness, and transparency;
  • purpose limitation;
  • data minimization;
  • accuracy;
  • storage limitation;
  • integrity and confidentiality.

 

In fulfilling the responsibilities of the data controller as specified in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we provide the information due to the persons whose data is processed in our company.

Information for Customers

Description of the categories of persons to whom the information applies: individuals purchasing products or services from Home Star sp. z o.o.

If the purchaser of a product or service is an individual, Home Star sp. z o.o. informs - in accordance with Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" - that:

  • the controller of your personal data is Home Star sp. z o.o. based in Katowice (40-129), St. Misjonarzy Oblatów MN 20A, Poland;
  • your personal data will be processed in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract, the legal basis for their processing being Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and the purpose of processing is to conclude and perform a contract for the purchase and sale of products and/or services, or - at your request - to provide information prior to entering into a contract, as well as to handle complaints and deliver correspondence to you;
  • your data is also processed based on the legal basis provided by Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation incumbent upon the controller, which consists in storing documentation for a period specified in the regulations, the purpose of processing being the storage of documentation for a period specified in the regulations;
  • in addition, your data is processed based on the legal basis provided by Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, which consist in defending and pursuing claims;
  • your data will be disclosed to the following categories of recipients: authorized and trained persons processing data, entities processing data based on written agreements, postal operators for the purpose of delivering correspondence;
  • the data will also be stored after the performance of the contract, and the data storage period will be one year longer than the mandatory period for storing financial documentation required by law;
  • you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, to request rectification, erasure, restriction of their processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
  • providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to enter into a contract, and the consequence of not providing data is the inability to enter into a contract.

 

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Home Star sp. z o.o. informs - in accordance with Article 13(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" - that:

  • the administrator of your personal data is Home Star sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Katowice (40-129), St. Misjonarzy Oblatów MN 20A, Poland;
  • the legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • the purpose of processing is to conduct current and future employee recruitments by the administrator and to send correspondence;
  • your data will be disclosed to the following categories of recipients: authorized and trained persons processing data, entities processing data on the basis of written agreements, postal operators;
  • data will be stored no longer than until the consent is withdrawn;
  • you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, to request the administrator to access your personal data, correct, delete, or restrict their processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
  • providing personal data is voluntary and necessary to participate in the recruitment, and the consequence of not providing data will be the inability to participate in the recruitment.

Home Star sp. z o.o. informs that - in connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR":
