The PV PROTECTOR BOX is an advanced device designed to protect photovoltaic installations, preventing the inverter from shutting down due to grid overvoltage exceeding 253V. It functions as a flow-type electric water heater, automatically activating when the grid voltage is too high, heating the water in the domestic hot water tank (DHW).

With intelligent control, the PV PROTECTOR BOX monitors voltage on all three phases, adjusting the operation of the electric heater when the voltage exceeds a safe level. The heater's operation reduces the voltage, protecting the PV installation from shutdown. When the voltage returns to normal, the device automatically deactivates the heater, ensuring the safe operation of the entire system.

The device is equipped with several sensors, such as a water pressure sensor and temperature sensors, which ensure optimal and safe functioning. Additionally, the integrated circulation pump operates only when the heater is active, providing energy efficiency.
